It’s been 9 months since I launched TagTexter and it’s been an amazing journey. TagTexter didn’t make me millions of dollars as I hoped, but it did give me enough courage to chase my dreams. It’s been amazing and EPIC trip these past 9 months, but it hasn’t been easy.
Check out our Star Wars inspired Iphone cases we scored at #innovate2011. Stormtroopers and Darth Vader.
A few quick updates
We are fortunate to have found two truly amazing mentors in John Walsh and Bruce Bennett. Through our meetings with both John and Bruce we have really been able to narrow down the focus of Dropost.it and set what we feel are realistic goals for demo day on November 17th.
The original concept of Dropost.it was an app that allowed people to tag locations with pictures, text, and other media, but like any good startup we decided it was best to pivot. The new direction of Dropost.it allows people to leave gifts for friends at restaurants, stores and other venues.
We are in the process of wrapping up the wireframe for both the website and mobile app. The plan for the upcoming week is to begin some of the front-end dev work.
Finally, over the weekend we were able to finalize the Dropost.it logo and landing page.
